- We uphold the intellectual property rights of others. You are prohibited from violating any party's
copyrights, trademarks, or other exclusive informational rights. At our sole discretion, we may remove
any Content that we believe infringes on the intellectual property rights of others and may discontinue
your access to the Website if you provide such Content.
- OUR REPEAT INFRINGEMENT POLICY. Under this policy, any user who receives three valid and sincere
complaints regarding their material within any consecutive six-month period will have their access
to the website revoked.
- While we are not governed by United States legislation, we choose to adhere to the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act voluntarily. In accordance with Title 17, Section 512(c)(2) of the United States Code, if
you suspect that your copyrighted work is being violated on our Website, we have appointed an agent to
handle reports of alleged copyright infringement. Please send notifications via email to

- Any notifications that are irrelevant to us or deemed ineffective under the law will not receive any
response or action. To be considered a valid claim of infringement, the notification must be a written
communication addressed to our agent and must include the following essential elements:

work and, where possible, include a copy or the location (e.g., a URL) of an authorized version
of the work;
- Provide identification of the material you believe is infringing and its location, or, in the
case of search results, provide the reference or link to the material or activity you claim is
infringing. Please describe the material and include a URL or any other relevant information
that will help us locate the material on the Website or on the Internet;
- Details that enable us to reach out to you, such as your physical address, phone number, and, if
provided, your email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material complained of is not
authorized by you, your agent or the law;
- A declaration affirming that the details provided in the notification are true and that, under
penalty of perjury, you are either the owner of the work in question or are authorized to
represent the owner;
- A tangible or digital signature from the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Should your User Submission or any search result on your website be taken down following a notice of
alleged copyright infringement, you have the option to submit a counter-notification. This must be a
written statement directed to the agent previously mentioned and must meet our requirements by including
the following key elements:
- Your tangible or digital signature;
- Identification of the content that has been taken down or to which access has been restricted,
along with the location where the content was available before it was removed or access was
restricted;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was
removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or
disabled;
- Your name, address, telephone number, email address and a statement that you consent to the
jurisdiction of the courts in the address you provided, Anguilla and the location(s) in which
the purported copyright owner is located; and
